Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsPixel Buddy ProCancel Subscription. You can also cancel anytime during your 7-day free trial and you won't be charged.

How do I delete my account?

Open Pixel Buddy → Settings tab → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete account. This removes your profile, your chat history, your reports, and signs you out. The action can't be undone.

Where is my chat history stored?

Your chat history is stored on your device and also synced to your account on our backend, so it's available when you sign in on another device. Delete a chat, or delete your account, to remove it from both your device and our backend. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why does Kio sometimes get things wrong?

Kio's replies are generated by AI. AI can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or give outdated information. Please don't rely on Kio for medical, legal, or financial decisions. For anything important, double-check with a qualified human.

How do I report a bad reply from Kio?

Long-press on any Kio response in the chat → tap Report → choose a reason and add an optional note. We review reports and use them to improve Kio's responses. You can see all your submitted reports in Settings → Your reports.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes daily chat limits and 5 minutes of voice mode per day. Pixel Buddy Pro removes the chat limits and gives you 30 minutes of voice mode per day. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel anytime.
